Terms of use
Updated November 5, 2026
These terms govern the current Gameshow.com test version, operated by Gameshow LLC. By accepting them when setting up an account, you agree to these terms. Guest play is also subject to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact hello@gameshow.com with questions.
The show
This is a free, self-paced prototype with five stages, simulated scores, and sample leaderboard opponents. It is for entertainment and testing. Points, streaks, and rankings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, prizes, or ownership rights. There are no purchases, betting, cash payouts, or promised prizes in this version. Features and test records may change or reset as development continues.
A new show begins at midnight Eastern time (America/New_York), following daylight saving time. Unfinished progress is available only during that daily window. Guest progress depends on this browser’s storage. Account saving requires a working connection; an error message means a save may need to be retried.
Who may use this version
You must be at least 13 and permitted to use the service under the laws where you live. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms with you. If local law requires verified parental consent for us to process your information, do not create an account until we provide that process. We do not currently offer parental-consent verification. Being 13 does not automatically make you eligible in every country.
Use an email address you control and a nickname that does not impersonate someone else. Keep sign-in codes private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Fair play and acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person’s account, evade access controls or daily limits, submit malicious code, disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, harvest personal information, or upload unlawful, threatening, harassing, or infringing material. Do not exploit test scores as real achievements or misrepresent simulated results. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately without accessing other users’ data.
Your information and content
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You retain rights to content you provide, such as your nickname and support messages. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display, and process that content to operate and support Gameshow. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.
Gameshow materials
Gameshow and its licensors retain rights in the site’s software, artwork, audio, and branding, except materials governed by their own licenses. You may use the site for its intended personal gameplay. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute protected assets or use another party’s branding. Open-source components retain their own license terms; see software notices.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent preservation of test data, or a particular result. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the test service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Leaving, suspension, and changes
You may stop playing at any time and delete your account through Privacy & data. We may restrict access to address abuse, legal requirements, or security risks, and may end or change the test. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new version and, where required, presented for acceptance before continued account use.
Questions or disputes
Please contact Gameshow LLC at hello@gameshow.com so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class actions, or limit rights to bring claims in a forum available under applicable law.
